Below is an excerpt from an MLS listing I saw today. It’s easy to make typos but some are worse than others!
“All appliances, cozy fireplace in living room, dual coolingend unit with guest parking next to the property. Mature 
trees. Comm. pool and spa, Rec. Center. Close to I-10 and shopping. Rash is included”
Sounds lovely, but you can hold that rash, please!
